Imagine there's 5,000 candidates sitting at 400 (and you are one of them) and a draw happens with a cut-off of 400 and 3500 ITA's. Out of those 3500 there will be at least 2000 with a score that is higher than 400. Out of 5000 that I mentioned CIC will only invite 1500. But how will the system...
