I Have a question. If your new or most recent IELTS result is not as high as the previous result, does that imply that the most recent becomes the only valid ielts result? So does it mean you will not be allowed to use the old results since you now have a new one irrespective of if it's higher...

1000+ people with CRS >= 400 came into the pool pool just between Last week Thursday and today. A whole 1000+ plus people. If this draw happened last Wednesday , CRS would have been so low because this 1000+ people would be replaced by the candidates in the 431 - 440 band. Does this mean CIC...

Yes. If 3000 people with CRS 449 and above joined the pool since last draw, then CRS will go up. Find these 3000 people n delete their profiles. That way CRS today will be 430 and then, it's a win for everyone
