You don't have to withdraw your pnp application to apply for Express entry. Both can run concurrently but will have to cancel one in the end when the other has been approved.

Mine was like that until it got approved yesterday. The progress bar is just an estimated completion date. It doesn't really mean anything. Hopefully you get ppr before month end

Approved on my cic account. Now I have to withdraw my BOWP application. I hope I get a full refund

Canada immigration is on the other side of the highway. Go via the US side and tell them your intention. They gonna give you a note(kind of rejection letter) and direct you how to return to the Canada side. The letter won't affect you in any way.
