Sorry couldnt reply earlier.. but yes, I uploaded LOE and it worked. Infact I now know multiple people with similar situation and it worked for everyone. so chill and upload LOE and wait for PPR email..all the best

Care did not tell anything as usual. Just said we received the docs and the rprf.. if anything the visa officer will contact you.

Partially agree with you. See immigration department are the ones who can pull my records. THey exactly know if i visited canada before or not. It doesnt matter if there is a different person with the same name. The can cross check DOB, Passport details and so many other things. I think it is an...

Yes, I uploaded it in the same field. THe issue date has to be the date when you upload. Expiry is a year later. I also attached the copy of passport with all the stamps it has on it till date. On my account, it says the docs have been uploaded. Waiting for them to review.
