Your call. Atleast speaking to an agent will give you a brief of what has been completed on your application.

It's in IP1. You can call CIC agents and check the status of your application. About the wait time, nobody can tell you. We all are waiting for our PPR.

Ask your HR to send you an email that they cannot issue the letter as per company policy. And take one letter from your supervisor if even it’s not on letter head. Share both of them along with bank statements, salary slips, etc with IRCC. I hope it will serve the purpose.

Each one of us is tired of waiting, but it’s wonderful to see how we are encouraging each other and are happy when someone gets PPR mail. Let’s hope we get the PPR mail at the earliest.
