We just got an update on Gckey and not Ecas yesterday, but today Ecas also changed to Decision made. Regarding what you experienced, it's normal. You see the application/profile updated only once and if you login again you don't see the message anymore.

Congrats! Did you have an "Application/Profile Updated" under your current status on Gckey as well or it was just updated on Ecas?
