Can i just fill it on computer before taking printout (without the names in my native language),,,,,and then print it, write my names in native language with pen and sign it, scan it and upload it online (as i am applying online)...........am i right???? -

thanku sir, one more query, like.. i am writing the adress of hotel where i will be staying under "person u will visit" box, but i have not booked that hotel yet.....do i need to book it first?????????? or i can write its adress without booking????? -

sir i have one more query, i have my whole name written under "given name" and surname is left blank on my passport. but on the visa application form, they are asking for given name and family name in separate boxes,,,,,, what shd i do now ?????? plzzzz helpppp -
