I sent them the email on Saturday as well and got the standard response with the ticket number. Within an hour I received an email from their representative asking for additional details. I provided them with the details on Sunday and now waiting for the payment link or any other response.

same for me. i got ppr too but no change ij my ecas since feb 2020. got in process and dm without any line changing in my ecas

As per VFS global latest update on Nov 18, we no longer need to wait for an additional email from IRCC for 2 way courier. We can send our passport request letter email to VFS helpline for arranging the courier service.

Any experienced person who can help with the next steps after PPR? As per VFS India website, should I forward the PPR email to their email id with my name and application reference number requesting for 2-way courier service?

Can't comment for many on this group but I have seen a substantial number of Pre arrivals waiting since even as far back as June and then some in October and November. Don't want to disappoint but that's what Ndvo is doing to all of us. I think they are not able to manage the passport work and...

Congrats dear I also got Pre arrival within a day from AOR2 back on Nov 4th. Still waiting for Dm or PPR. Come on NDVO, stop playing games.

Congrats buddy. let us know once you receive it back and what documents you receive like COPR (2 copies) whether they extended expiry beyond your original medical expiry dates

Yea, these ones have been real updates. I have two active applications and only the spousal one showed updated as soon as I logged in. God knows what IRCC is doing at the back end. :D
