Yes at the time when I submitted originally I'm sure I was able to validate it, but haven't done again as per their request as yet. Figure I will make sure I have the latest format and try do Webform. Will let you know how it goes

And of course, in spite of us including a completed Schedule A with our application up front, we just got a request to submit a completed Schedule A lol. Oh well, at least I have all the info. Gonna try their Webform. Any issues I should be aware if forum? Wish me luck!

We included our schedule A with our application without waiting for them to ask so can't help you with that. Finally linked by using my partners (the applicant) UCI. If I used my (the sponsor) UCI I couldn't link it. Not sure what the point is if giving me my own UCI....

That did it. Thanks. Unbelievable that they are so specific saying it must be identical to the info in the application (which indicates 2 family members) and they hold you up on such a small detail, when things like UIC, application number and passport number are provided. Appreciate the help!

Thanks. Both forms are 12-2016 so they are the old versions unfortunately, but having gone line by line through them, if the only thing they have changed is adding a signature graphic where you sign, then I would have to think they would still accept for some of a grace period. Anyway not...

No. Read what he typed. Both the PA and the Sponsor fill and sign on the same form. On the last page there are spots for both your signatures. One form.....two signatures

Nevermind. Saw your dates on the spreadsheet. Sent Apr 27, Received May 2nd. I'm waiting for the "Received" notification (although didn't sign up for text). Did you get an email as well, or just the text?
