I wanted to provide an update - Landed: 11/02/2017 PR Card approved: 01/03/2018 How do I know it was dispatched? Or do they do that on the same day? Also, I'm currently in the US and I'm going to ask my friend to ship it to me after he receives it. What's the best way to do this? Fedex or DHL?
