It will be different for each locality. You got search your local mp using the zipcode and email them. Emailing random MP wont do any good. Even my local MP didnt even respond to my email yet. Only a few MP do respond to these requests.

If you have already submitted your application, then use a webform and attach the missing documents with a letter of explanation.

Mine was picked up on Dec5th, under process at IRCC from Dec9th and got it back on Dec15th. Location-Bangalore

Yes got it today. The counterfoil was issued at CPC Ottawa, last time it was New Delhi.

Yes you have to apply for one, work permit alone won’t help, you need a valid TRV to return to Canada. Better to get a valid TRV approved before leaving as applying for TRV from India might take longer processing time.

Printed in bracket just means you have to put the same name as in passport. If your mailing address is different then put that address in the both the forms as i did and it was not an issue.
