Can someone please update my status in the sheet Test Invite: 21st Sep 2017 Test Date: 19th Oct 2017 Test passed with 20/20. Waiting for next step. As per citizenship officer they do test/oath in Victoria every three to four months and next will be in Feb/March time frame.

Application will be in IP when it will reach the nearest local office for processing. Some offices will be quick to open files and start working and others will be slow. From the excel sheet it looks like that Toronto office is fast at this time whereas Vancouver and Calgary are on slowest side.

I have the same problem on 16th March 2017 when my application was not delivered in 1st attempt by Purolator with message that delivery will be tried next business day. Later on status was changed to application delivered during later hours of the day. I think the spring break impact is on CIC...

Let us know the response you get. I can see that they have scheduled a oath ceremony on 1st July 2017 in Victoria for Canada day. Now sure who will go for oath if they are so slow in processing. :)

Thanks for the response. That is so slow in comparison to others on the forum where whole process is taking around 120 days on average. I read on the forum somewhere that they offer test and oath in other cities like Vancouver (if client is willing). Not sure at what time they ask for these...

As per my understanding from CSBA website. Exit record is for foreign nationals only and citizens and PR card holders are not considered as foreign nationals.
