what is heard and red is that sooner you will have ITA your "check status and messages" blue button will change to "accept or decline" mine is still showing submitted->read->"check status and messages" how others?

but to me the 1 year job gurantee starts from the month of ITA no matter how long they take to process the case. thoughts please?

I would say don't take chance to loose current ITA, if you can obtain better IELTS score better for this however you can always explain this situation in letter of explanation. Be polite and clear as you did in your clarifications.
