hi; I think it is good to apply online through CIC system ,but I may have a little advice for you. Try to use the letter of Explanation and provide some documents they may never ask you for , like your transcript for instance..... Good luck

I have already contacted them Twice and they reply with a general answer that my application is under processing and review and it may takes time ............ Just hope they ended up with a positive decision after this long wait.. Thank you for your reply
