Guys, my BGS status changed from "Not Applicable" to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information" today. I had medicals passed and first change in BGS on June, 06. Is this IP2?

Guys can you help me understand this whole 'IP' thing? My BGS went to " we are processing your background check" and then at the same day went to "not applicable" which is the current status.... does it means I got ip1 ? Thank you
