Hello, Can someone please help me out. I was born in Canada and therefore I am a Canadian citizen by birth. My child was born outside of Canada before 17 April, 2009. Does that mean that he is a Canadian citizen or do I have to apply (Application for a Citizenship Certificate) for Minors...
