I reapplied the application on Mar 06/07, got replied on Mar 16 for more documents, emailed back to the officer on Mar 20th, and got email back along with the specific date for interview call from the officer at the same day.

Hi, My employer is getting an interview call tomorrow, and I have a silly question bothering me. What's the purpose of making an interview call to the employer? Will the interview call determine the result of the application? Can anyone ease my tension?Thank you in advance.
