Good news, I just passed Medicals today. After 47 days post AOR (11th May). FSW route

My application was delivered to FBI on the 7th April, my credit card got charged yesterday 15th June.

I am still awaiting the FBI PCC but I have submitted my application to IRCC with a LOE. Medicals has not been passed and its 40days now, I hope to get the FBI PCC in the coming weeks, I will forward to IRCC once received.

My wife forgot to state her Maiden name under the AKA on the FBI PCC application form. It's 4weeks since we dispatched it to FBI, is there a way we can inform them of this error in advance or we should prepare a new app? Please advise.

@NashMash, How did you eventually resolve this. My wife is in the same boat as you were. Our deadline for submission is in 21days and the FBI PCC is not out yet. We are thinking we should go ahead and hope that by the time they request for the FBI PCC (If they do), then we should have it then.

Thank you, I have visited 3 times and haven't exceed 6 months just 2 weeks short. My application is due for submission in 2weeks hence why I am worried about the PCC

I have visited and lived in the US for a total of 5 months, 2 weeks and 5 days...will I be needing a US Police PCC for my application?
