In the that link you see there is another link that says complaint form you need to fill that and main thing is did u give your file number?

Check with the agent and see if its feasible. But not sure if they say u need a valid reason to do so and provide the proof. That's why i opted for option 1

So Finally after heated call conversation with the agent, i had my application finally done today and the officer who handled my file called me and confirmed few things and gave the tracking number for the PP and after few mins my credit card got charged.

Well i didn't ask exact location (may be u r right) but its so painful to wait on call and hear "there are 122 calls a head of u". o_O

Has anyone received an email from IRCC saying now you can register your self to track your citizenship application process & history instead of the eCAS tool. I registered my self and it shows each and every processing step done in my citizenship application. This is pretty helpful.
