As per my knowledge for personal history, it won't ask/generate upload buttons for reference letters. if you mentioned it in employment history, you may need to get reference letters with duties from your old colleague and attach his/her business card.

i am getting reference letter from all my previous employers, don't want to take chance. they all happy to provide reference letters, i got it all in 3 days. but most of job duties are repeating.. is that okk???
