You have a BSc Elect. and you are applying for a Diploma? Why not MSc or Postgrad Diploma? Unless you submit a very strong SOP to justify this decision.

Most Unis/colleges in Canada requires you make some kind of deposit( which is a percentage of your full tuition fees) before being issued with an admission letter. I guess that's what @nessacanada meant..

I'm hearing from ppl who mainly applied to Mech engineering that due to the overwhelming applications they received from Internationals, it's taking time for them to make decisions.. Let's hope for the best.
