As far as I know po, even sa cfo website sinasabi, GCP for spouses of foreign and former Filipino (naturalized) citizens. PDOS nmn po for immediate relatives ng mga PR's and Filipino citizens. Pero the best way po talaga is to confirm directly with CFO lalo na sa case nyo. Salamat po.

You can try to open the first e-mail. If you cannot open it, there will be a reason or a message that will pop-up why the email had been recalled. Yun lang po ang alam ko regarding recalled e-mails lalo kung walang ibang instructions na binigay sa sexond e-mail. :)
