I got my open work permit in 12 days after it was received on (AOR) april 6th. sent out my whole package on the 24rd of March.

You mail them together! :) I mailed it on march 23rd, they received at their mail room on March 24th, on April 6th both my wife and I got AORs as well as that they were processing for SA. I linked my OWP on the of April, and today I got notification on mycic that they made a final decision.

whoops, didn't see yours there. My app was received on March 24th got AOR on the 6th of April and then OWP was approved on the 18th of April!

WOAH caps haha. scared me for a second. It took them 20 days for them to process my OWP. And no. no employer needed! :D

Still no word from CIC about their technical glitch for me to upload Schedule A... But mycic was just updated and my OWP was APPROVED. not even a month after having submitted my application! Luck of the draw I guess? wow. I've got tears of joy.

Same here. It says when i look under ECAS that they sent me correspondence so I reported a tech issue. I'll try calling them in the morning too.

so what about part c question 4? "if you are not living together, have you ever visited each other during your relationship?" its a yes or no question.. at one point we lived apart but we live together now and have since early last year and I can't uncheck that question.

However, I am staying in the country and one of the questions under "proof of relationship" asks if we live together. We don't have supporting official documents, like lease (i'm not on it), utilities are paid by paying back money to landlord and we don't have a joint bank account or phone bill...
