Thanks! I remember reading somewhere on CIC that they don't accept letters for self. Thus, I think I cannot really attest to my work. Please correct me if you know otherwise.

Hi, I received ITA and am collecting documents at this stage. My bank, Chase, refused to provide a letter on a letterhead detailing the information as requested by CIC. Instead, they provide a standard printout which mentions the date that account was opened, average balance over 12 months etc...
