Hi experts I got my ita on dec 22 and i have summited my docs. Got the aor. My work permit expires in may 17,2017 Since now i got my aor, i was hoping to go to india for a month. Questions:: 1- is it ok or there any timeline when to come back as i heard than we need to come back 3 months...

a pcc is verified with a stamp on the passport. people get it done from india but if ic verifies then they only look for the stamp which wont be there so i would not suggest you to take the risk. i was in the same boast buti went with bls to be on the safer side. bls gets it done in 10 days\
