Nope they asked him back in March 2016 and he send it in April 2016. No upfront from his side...so there is possibility that the medical expired and they wanted a new one.

My timeline is: CSQ 11/2015 Federal application reached CIC on 08/04/2016 AOR 11/29/2016 and confirmed VO Singapore Jan 2017. Waiting for Medical Request till now.
