just now got letter with request submit full docs to Kyiv VO :) "patience and discipline" :D

...just called to them (cause my application was received 27 of May and CC charged 17 of August).. they said they are processing payments prior to 23-August.. agent advised me to keep patience and expect news shortly... "patience and discipline" - rrrrr :-X

Just to confirm: 120 days count (to provide full package) starting from the day we are receiving email from Sydney, not from the date they charged CC? :-\
