I don't think that is the PPR. It is just the pre-arrival letter. However, from what I have observed that applicants who submitted on later 2017 get MR much faster than us.

I think it is normal. I got the same words in mycic says "You do not need a medical exam", but a few weeks after it changed to "We have requested a medical exam" Hope you get your MR soon.

I have pretty much the same situation with you. I applied for my second BOWP extension on Feb 13th because my current BOWP is getting expired May 1st 2018. I guess PPR should be coming in anytime soon, but who knows how fast CIC works, just like gambling if we dont renew it. Still waiting for...
