So if I understand this correctly, send in Schedule A through IRCC if you don't get any request. Wait for PCC request. Get form entitled, "Request for Police Certificates/Clearances and Authorization for Release of Information" (PC_LetterA). Does that request form need to be translated?

Thanks a lot! Is the special branch police station the one that CIC gives (at Rama 1, Pathumwan)? You didn't need the CIC letter, marriage certificate, passport photos, etc? My wife will be flying in for the day so we want to be prepared.
