Just wondering why majority of the first BG changes to in progress and very few not started? is it because people have provided RCMP report upfront for not started? What do you all think?

It can be done in one day ONLY if you got you passport renewed in Canada in the recent past (police verification is done during that time). If you have your passport issued from India, then it will take the usual 3-4 weeks.

You should go for it cuz whenever there is a draw (today, tomorrow, next year - you will be picked) but if you cancel then getting an appointment in mid december wont be easy. I would do it regardless if there is a draw or not.
