Yeah, I am in the same situation. My spouse received an email saying that he needs to submit his passport to New Delhi and within 30 day. When he asked VFS Dubai about submitting his passport there, they said they would send it to Abu Dhabi, so he wasn't sure whether he should submit it there...

I actually just called them, and it turns out they started processing my application on August 3. They also gave me my application number so I can finally check my status.

I applied to sponsor my husband from Dubai. CIC Mississauga received my application on July 14. I haven't received any acknowledgement from them that they've received it. How can I check the status of my application? Will I just have to wait until I receive my SA?
