Thanks Tina, I got the confirmation of online application transmission" immediately i submitted and paid and that was it. No other letter. And i applied on a Saturday evening around 5pm. I check my CIC account daily but nothing. it's really freaking me out.

I noticed a lot of people get away with the number 9. At least i have two friends who never uploaded it . I think they are more kin on ECA since it education outside Canada.
