Spoke to CIC today. Even though my linked app doesn't show document ID, they said my card was mailed out today. So it might not be as accurate as we think.

When you first linked your application, was the 'Application Receive Date' same as your landing? Mine is quite a bit after my landing. Edit: just saw your post history that it's same as your landing day. It seems like my card might be delayed due to some sloppy work by someone entering my app...

I wouldn't be surprised if they are trying to ease-up the wait times for PR card, as it shooted up to 70 days from 45 days.

Doesn't sound like one. The ones I've seen here state somewhere in the letter '... have determined that you will be a burden to Canadian healthcare... You have the opportunity to respond to this mail explaining why this is not true...' In this case, they just seem to require more informaiton.

Same thing happened to me. They (both CIC call centre and border officer) say it's a non-issue. I landed with incorrect dates and after landing applied for 'Amendment of CoPR' through mail.

CIC should really improve on first-in-first-out principle. Or at least, clearly state what caused a particular application to delay. "Internal work distribution" is not a valid excuse for months of processing time discrepancy between applications.
