CSQ is the only program that accepts you without a job offer afaik. Which is why everyone wants to get into Canada through quebec :D. Its expensive because you dont work ;). Also at least in my country you can't study a whole degree abroad with a student loan...

I can sympathize with your situation. A lot of people abuse this program to get into Canada, not Quebec... I want to stay in Quebec and hopefully all goes well and this application gets through... I think if you are generic like me, this was the only option. I recommend you, if this really is...

I am not an authority on this xD, but I don't think you need anything once you have this card... It would be illegal for them to reject you I think. The card makes you like a citizen without election rights and some other minor stuff.

Well, there are over 30 programs (for Canada... You can also use them to get to Quebec indirectly later). Maybe consult some agency to help guide you? But unless you bring something specific... like if you are just a generic applicant (like me), then you will likely need a job offer first...

No... To fool this queue, you need more than one browser and if you want a good chance of acceptance, you need a lot more than one PC... If you entered the "Waiting Room" during 8:20 - 8:30, your spot inside the actual queue that opened around 8:32 and to which you were redirected is completely...

Pretty high because apparently everyone is using 10 million PCs and browsers... I wager there are not more than 50.000 people in the queue, yet the queue goes up to 350k. So all with numbers below 35.000 stand a good chance at getting in. Also they seem to accept more than 5.000 in this intake...

Yes it means you were accepted :-X If they reach the quote before you submit, then you can't submit... So don't worry
