Yes, I sent it through courier and I received a tracking number. I was able to track my package using the tracking number.

We sent our application package on Monday, September 12, 2016 and it was received by them on September 13, 2016. I am not sure what the next step is, whether I should be following up or just wait to hear back from cic.
