It took me about a month to get medical update. When I went to collect my passport today, I saw in Bangalore VFS, that, people who applied in May 2nd week were collecting their passports. So, you also must get your VISA soon. All the best.

Tracking number is from vfs. Application number is not same as tracking number. Application number starts with S for student / study permit as per my understanding.

No buddy. After medicals updated on 24th May, no update. Still shows : final decision - application is in progress. Once decision is made we will send a msg. Tomorrow will be 36th day for me, calendar days.

Application number is not mandatory buddy. you can also link using your last name and DOB. Just check with that option. Not all can link as per what I have seen people posting. But, if it is a offline application and not applied via consultant / immigration lawyer, you should be able to link it...
