I suggest you have the revised form re-signed. There is a number that automatically generates once you validate the form. Look at the right bottom of the form. If you revise the form, the new number will not match to the one on signature page of your old form.

Hi, not sure if you can claim resident tuition by showing the "Approved" status on MyCiC. I believe one does not become a Permanent Resident unless and until the COPR is signed by an immigration officer when one completes "Landing" process and you get an updated resident SIN (5-series). Good Luck!

I can relate to how you feeling!! I have been through the same. But we dont really have any option other than simply waiting. My passport was delivered on July 19 and there is absolutely no update since then, its been 3 weeks already. I just hope I get my passport back by next Wednesday when...
