Thank you Rossei, As we never received the PCC request which was sent with medical almost 2 months now ,I am worried about my file . You know if CIC can resend the letter or My files goes back to first stage again.

I believe so , because they said it might be technical issue or the officer forgot to upload on your account. They said dont worry about your application as you never received the letter and we report this to Ottawa. I also sent an email to Ottawa with detail issue but no reply yet.

as per call center they said its 28th Aug when medical request was sent ,i asked them if they can read the letter but they said no we can not. They advised to wait for the regenerated letter or just send the documents .
