Yes close... but not totally accurate. Today, based on my AOR I am over 6 months, but based on R10 I am not. That gives me some hope that Tuesday could be an important day for me. 10 days is enough difference... in my case.

Hi, I think you have hit on an important point here! I found the website you refer to; link below. As you say R10 is the completeness check. In my GCMS notes (20) it refers to Principle Applicant, Spouse and Dependents as 'Promoted' at the R10 review stage. The word 'Promoted' is unusual...

Yep I am with you all the way! And we all know that IRCC don't come to work on a Friday and Monday... those folks have the best job, how do I get a job there? No accountability, no updates, don't communicate.... work sporadically when they feel like it, take extra days off when there are public...
