Hello guys, can i apply for oci and surrender certificate or i have to first apply for surrender and wait for surrender certificate and then get OCI? Please advise?

Just took oath and sent oath form here : Niagara scheduling office email (also prompt replies) IRCC.DNCitNGFScheduling04-ConvocationNGFCitRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

just change those things on the portal, dont need to do the whole application again.

I saw ghost update on 4 applications today. Looks like a system glitch.

I am also hanging in the security clearance which is pending since 5 months. Criminality was cleared. So basically csis and this has no set timeline. We just have to wait...
