Mine was also delivered on July 26. Today I tried calling to the Agents, but couldn't connect to them. Seeing the trend of 25-30 days - I am thinking my passport would come by 21 - 25 Aug.

My status for Background just changed to In Progress. That was a big relief - something atleast is happening to my application.

My timelines are exactly same. I guess we will have to wait a little longer. But good to see movement for PNP Outland people.

If you applied PNP through express entry, it gets added automatically. If applied through other means, the certificate of nomination may need to be uploaded.

My timelines are very similar to yours and no change in my status.
