June 27 applicant still B/G in process.. Nothing on ecas also, however i am hopeful of receiving in next two weeks.

Yes, you can safely travel. There is no restriction for travelling outside of Canada. You can submit PPR from your home country. When you get PPR just write an email to them specifying the visa office where you can submit your passport. Good luck

Don't worry !! I am a june 27 applicant I got my MR ! This dosent mean u get disheartened, allot depends on the visa officer handling your file. Some are quick few are slow. Have faith its just a matter of time.
