Call IRCC this morning, they told me I need to wait until 1/16/2017. if there is not news back then, they will write a notes to officer.

July 10th Applicants. My MP replied my email. All background checks are completed, and file is pending a final decision. She will follow up again at the beginning of December to see if the process has been finalized. Seems most of cases are pending for final review.......

They will reject you. Board only take PGWP . All BOWP will be processed through online. That's what they told me. I went to Niagara Falls twice with different board. Got the same answers.

I went to board at Niagara Falls to apply BOWP. I got refused twice. Please apply on online, with your work permit, job offer, salary payment, nomination certificated (expired is fine), explanation letter, ...... ect .
