I think it is because medical results are valid for 12 months. As your 12 month margin is around corner the system might have updated your medical's status automatically. I would recommend you to contact CIC to know if you should be ready to take medicals again. (This is just my assumption...

Hello my friend, don't be worried at all as the 30 day window they specify is to upload the document you receive after your medical appointment, It has nothing to do with the results which doctor uploads.
