thanks, yes sounds like they are processing April 11. and I did send two sets of photo's (one from Walmart another from shopper drug mart) that save me for the photo to be rejected again. The agent told me, photos that I took from Walmart were not good again but photos from shopper drug mart...

Landed Feb 22 and received photo request on 9th April. Photo received on 11th April. I'm in Toronto

I just spoke to an agent, she said my card sent to production yesterday. Question: how long it takes for the card to be delivered once it is sent production?

Wait just realize that.. they might have a queue for maple too... and have to wait 1 month and half for them to open check quality of maple :) lol

I have some maple stored .. if I send can they print my card? lol :)

there may be the better way but as I know ...the only way to know to wait until a month and try calling them...if you lucky you might found out. It always better to send the package with tracking, this helps to challenge them in case they misplaced photos and also a lot of peace in mind.

I called again this morning, the agent she mentions same old stuff "working on photo's received on 9th April" from last two weeks, they are still on 9th April.... its frustrating that too when we have trips lineup ...

the only way is to know when your photo's delivered by courier service. I called this morning agent informed that they still working on photo's received on 9th April. mine was delivered on 11th April.

I called them on Friday, they said they are working on photo received on 9th April. you are close. you might be lucky this week.

Has anyone submitted 2 photos with the stamp on both photos and received/approved PR CARD ??

This scare me again.... I re-submitted my photos with the stamp on both. ....

My photographer stamps on both the picture and I printed my name and DOB on both. Do you have any reference where it says only one picture should be stamped??

I'm in the same boat, landed on 22nd Feb at Etobicoke CIC office, photo requested on 6th April and delivered on 11th April. I called CIC last week they said they are yet open photo's received on 15th March.
