    Hi! I'm an october 21 applicant. I checked mycic last night, is it nomal the eligibility is still reviews in progress???? :o :o :o and they emailed me on july 4th for additional docs, so i mailed to the office by ups (bcuz i renew my passport too) on july 13th. Why mycic keeps sending me msg...
