Indicate the total number of family members included in your application. This includes yourself and any family members, regardless of whether they intend to accompany you to Canada or not. so the ans of q3 is 2 its the sponsor and applicant thats what I put when I linked my app

I actually applied in February 2016 and my file is in Delhi since March and they started processing in apr 04 2016 I got everything from here but nothing from Delhi so I was jus concerned that should I send a inquiry or jus wait
