Got a reply from migration section of canada visa office in New Delhi,file is in Que for Final review.

Yes i have checked that too,but the file received(sydney)in that case is jan 2019 and visa officer is also saying jan 2020..so might be we have a hope in 2019.

Got pre arrival on 18 oct,and got a 2nd per arrival through email this time on 7 november.Waiting for ppr.will complete 12 months on 20 Nov. What does Gc key say now on ur estimated processing time?
