Yes, I check all the folders regularly. Infact there is no new message in my CIC account as well. Generally people from New delhi visa office receive PPR as new message in CIC account.

Infact UCI number is also mentioned and under documents issued, its weitten COPR in queue and valid until 20th feb 2017, exactly...
