    Quebec Level of education - help plz

    Hello not sure of how to post a question.... forgive me I was wondering If one can claim points for AOTbelow your level of academic qualification, e.g if you have a masters (which is not on the list) can you claim points for dcs in the same field which is on the list? thanks
